Peter Woods: President and Chief Executive Officer, Dorel Sports

Peter Woods is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Dorel Sports. Peter joined Dorel Sports in March 2012 as CFO and was appointed President and CEO in May 2014. As President and CEO he leads the $1.1bn global bicycle business for Dorel Industries, with sales in over 100 countries worldwide.

A native of the UK, Peter brings more than 20 years of global finance experience to the company. Before joining Dorel Sports, Peter held a series of senior positions in Finance, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for Diageo, a leading global drinks company, in London and Connecticut. Earlier in his career, Peter spent almost a decade with LEK Consulting, specializing in the airline, theme park, and publishing industries.

Peter received his BA with high honors in Modern Languages from Oxford University in the UK, and his MBA with distinction from INSEAD business school in France.

Julie Redfield: SVP of Human Resources, Dorel Sports

Julie Redfield joined Dorel Sports in October 2014 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for the human resource strategy for the global business, ensuring the alignment of values, strategy, structure, systems and processes to the corporate goals to help drive the company’s success in a competitive marketplace and ensure a high performance, high value-based culture worldwide.

Julie has over 20 years as both an HR Executive and Talent Management/HR Management Consultant. Her specialties include Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resource Structures and Leadership Development. Prior to joining Dorel Sports she was a Managing Consultant at PA Consulting, leading the North American ‘People’ practice. She was also the North American HR Lead for Victorinox AG and the VP, Talent and Organization at Diageo.

Julie received her MBA at the University of Southern California where she focused on Strategic HR Management and was as Presidential Fellow.

Sean Jacobs: Chief Financial Officer, Dorel Sports

As the Chief Financial Officer of Dorel Sports, Sean Jacobs is responsible for partnering with the CEO to develop, grow and structure the business globally into a world leader in cycling equipment for both the performance and mass segments of the market. He directs all financial affairs of the organization ensuring consistent accounting, control, and planning across the globe. Prior to Dorel Sports, Sean worked for Procter & Gamble and Gillette Companies in roles of increasing responsibility across the finance function.

Sean has an MBA specializing in accounting and international management from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Syracuse University.

Nico Zimmerman: General Counsel, Dorel Sports

As General Counsel of Dorel Sports, Nico Zimmerman is responsible for overseeing all legal affairs of the global business. Prior to joining Dorel Sports, Nico practiced corporate law in the U.S. and international offices of several leading global law firms.

Nico graduated summa cum laude from Revelle College at the University of California, San Diego and received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to the State Bars of California, New York and Connecticut (AHC).

Adrian Norman: SVP Head of Digital & Consumer Experience

As SVP Head of Digital and Consumer Experience, Adrian Norman focuses on digital initiatives and serves as an internal digital evangelist and thought leader and a key strategic leader within Dorel Sports by establishing a digital vision, developing and executing strategic plans, and serving as a beacon of change to the broader organization. Adrian also oversees DTC efforts for all three divisions of Dorel Sports. Prior to Dorel Sports, Adrian held positions at Barnes and Noble, Simon & Schuster and Disney ABC Television. Adrian received an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Skidmore College.

Henning Schroeder: SVP, Global Product

As SVP of Global Product, Henning Schroeder leads all Dorel Sports development projects and product development teams. With over fourteen year's experience with Cycling Sports Group, Henning has steered the development of several award-winning Cannondale bikes, including the EVO, Scalpel SI, Slate, and Quick. Over his extensive tenure with Dorel Sports, Henning served in numerous roles in Basel and Connecticut including VP of Product Management and Director Product Management Road.

Henning holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Leipzig University in Germany.

Steve Reeds: SVP Operations

As SVP of Global Sourcing and Operations at Dorel Sports, Steve Reeds oversees Global Sourcing for the segment and Operations including the Taiwan office at CSG. Steve works closely with product development, engineering, quality and supply chain on all aspects of sourcing, delivery, costing, and supplier related issues. Steve has more than 25 years of experience within Dorel Sports, first at Roadmaster, then Pacific Cycle, and now Dorel Sports/CSG. Steve started his career in Production Control and then moved up to management positions in Purchasing, Product Development, and Sales. Prior to his current position, Steve held the role of SVP Operations-Cycling Sports Group, SVP Global Sourcing-Cycling Sports Group, EVP Product Development & Sourcing-Cannondale Sports Group, EVP/General Manager IBD at Pacific Cycle.

Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology/Manufacturing from Eastern Illinois University and sits on the Bicycle Product Suppliers Association (BPSA) Board of Directors.
